No.3 Canalside Walk tasked us with needing a website that was able to generate leads. The Canalside walk website required a strong identity. The site structure needed to get across key development messages: where the development is, why it’s a great location, and what the living space is like. Our client also required a story video to take a prominent position on the website.

Within four weeks, the website was designed, built and delivered, displaying our rapid design and build as per our client’s requirements. We exceeded client expectations by deploying a Virtual Billboard proximity marketing beacon. This takes advantage of Google’s Nearby technology, allowing you to place an advert directly onto the mobile phones of passers-by. Over several months, we have served these ad messages to tens of thousands of phones in the Paddington area. The branded banner on the home page carries an immediate call to action: Register Your Interest. The site is a lead generation tool for visitors to a marketing suite to drive off-plan sales for the development. We also created a bespoke video banner on the website per the requirement. For the best user experience, we implemented each page on the website to carry an enquiry form in the footer to make it easy to enquire.
