We have worked with Arkay for many years, having built their websites, run their marketing and design their print material.
We designed and built the Arkay Windows London website on WordPress to allow the client easy management of content. The website allows users to easily navigate through the three main categories with a strong call to action for lead generation. We further worked on the search engine optimisation of their website to increase organic traffic.
We also ran paid social advertising and Google Ads for five years, generating hundreds of B2B enquiries.
The Challenge
Arkay Windows needed to portray a professional trade-oriented business. The site needed to be functional to allow Arkay’s catalogue of products to be easily communicated to tradesmen looking for architectural glass products. One of the key sales points for Arkay was allowing people to see the scale of their fabrication capabilities. We then needed to run a targeted B2B marketing campaign to drive enquiries from architects, tradesmen and fitters. Finally we needed to expand the brand further in print with product brochures and adverts.
The Solution
About 41% of the site’s traffic comes from mobile devices, and it was decided that the responsive design required custom mobile banners when it reached a certain breakpoint. This ensures the visitor maintains a perfect experience across devices.

The Outcome
The website was built using WordPress to allow the client easy management of content. The website will enable users to easily navigate through the three main categories with a strong call to action for lead generation. The home page banner was used to set the tone for the website with a large clean photograph and the word EXPLORE with a line to direct users down the page. Through easy access to a virtual tour, we facilitated the request for people to see the scale of their fabrication capabilities. Furthermore, each page on the website carries an enquiry form in the footer to make it easy to enquire.
After years of refinement, we also managed to increase the overall campaigns click-through rate from 1.3% to 6.6% bringing the cost per enquiry down from £300 to just £15. Our SEO significantly increased the site’s organic traffic also.
